Natural stone house with large pool, barbecue and nice views

Very well maintained holiday home, ideal for families, with four bedrooms, a covered terrace and a beautiful garden.

Located in the northeast of Mallorca, this quiet cottage is located on a hill, oriented along the path of the sun. From here you have views over more than half of the island, you can see, for example, the mountain monastery of Sant Salvador or the mountain monastery of Randa. Following a short road you come to a clearing.

On this side of the house there is the barbecue area with dining table and a foosball table.

Along the longitudinal side of the house there is a covered terrace with another dining table.

Beautiful wooden doors communicate the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with terrace.
The pool is located at a slightly lower level. The whole pool area can be protected with exterior doors, to ensure safety in case of small children. The pool is 11 x 5. The depth ranges from 30 cm to 1.80 meters. In the pool area there are eight sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Some trees shade this area.

All rooms are located on the ground floor. On the side of the main entrance there is a large lounge with dining room and living room and a nice kitchen. There is installation of Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

In about 25 minutes you can reach different beaches of the northeast coast. Manacor is three minutes, where there are several good bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a fruit and vegetables market, open Monday to Saturday.
