Finca Paula

Nice and family-friendly finca with pool near Artá.

This very tastefully renovated and furnished finca offers the perfect set up for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. A dirt road leads from the entrance gate to the front and the main entrance. A fig tree stands on the large forecourt, from mid-August you can eat as many figs as you like here.

To the left and right of the small entrance hall is one bedroom on each side, furnished exactly the same way, each with two single beds, chest of drawers, chair and bedside table. The third larger bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a patio door to the pool or the lawn in front of the pool. The large, open living room with kitchen, sofa corner with SAT-TV has two more patio doors and access to a beautiful bathroom. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room to always create a pleasant indoor climate, even in spring or autumn. Everything here is bright, friendly and very tasteful. Wireless internet access via WLAN is of course also installed.

From the living room you can access the covered terrace, with a large dining table and two rocking chairs. A lawn and an area with pebbles frame the pool. A shady carob tree, sun loungers, patio chairs and parasols and the turquoise blue water of the pool make the holiday feeling perfect.

From Finca Paula you only need a few minutes to reach the beautiful village of Artá and about 15 minutes to the east and north coast beaches. There are many nice restaurants and shops in the narrow streets of Artá. On Tuesdays there is a large weekly market here, on all other days it is much quieter and more tranquil. Near Artá you will find many beaches, including the wild Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana or the long sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina.
