Holiday home with pool and breathtaking sea view

From the terraces and the pool of this natural stone finca you overlook the long stretched bay between Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor. The thin line between the sea and the sky forms the horizon. The finca is in a very idyllic and exclusive location, as the top house on a mountain. A private road leads the last 150 metres past a beautifully landscaped rock garden to the garage or the very large forecourt.

The house is at ground level and built in the typical style of the country.

The well-equipped holiday home is entered via a wide terrace with dining group. Two of the three bedrooms have bathrooms and patio doors. Due to the central heating and the fireplace, the house is also recommended in March and April, or in November and December.

The turquoise pool with sun terrace is located one level below the house and can be reached via some steps. There are some sun loungers under the sun canopy on the small lawn in front of the pool. The beautiful planting and Mallorcan walls continue throughout the property.

It is about two kilometres to the coast below, to Cala Millor. The long sandy beach and the many restaurants and shops are particularly popular with families. From this holiday home, however, you can quickly reach the popular coastal resort of Cala Ratjada or Artá, the beautiful little town under the striking monastery mountain.
