This holiday home is a beautiful and comfortable house with new furniture, a large garden, plenty of quietness and stunning views of the local mountains in Artà. This holiday home is an ideal place for a family to relax during their holidays in Majorca.

The access to the plot of land where the house sits is through a driveway with an electric gate that opens to a private forecourt with gravel. In this beautiful property you will feel as if you were at home from the very first moment you step in.

The main door of the house opens into the large living space which has two separated areas: the dining area with a dining table for up to six people and a living area with a sofa and satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen has also access to the terrace where the owners have placed yet another dining table to enjoy the outdoors while eating.

The house has three beautiful bedrooms: a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors, a double room and a children’s room. All rooms are on the ground floor as well as the covered porch at the entrance. The swimming pool has been built a few steps lower than the house level and has been equipped with sun loungers, a surrounding terrace and also a very practical outdoor shower. In the plot of land and in the gardens surrounding the house there are some olive and almond trees.

The views of the surrounding small mountains and hills with the traditional Majorcan Landscape are of true beauty. With a short ride in the car you will be in the small town of Artà where you will find nice shops, many restaurants and also bars. There is also a weekly market in town and a known mountain monastery.
