This old farmhouse was fully refurbished a few years ago and turned into a comfortable and beautiful cottage. The property has several terraces, old trees, a romantic gazebo and a beautiful swimming pool with amazing views that overlook half of Majorca: the Tramuntana mountain range on the west and the wide valley of Llevant on the north. Isolated in this amazing property you will only hear the wind and the birds.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a reception area an eat-in kitchen and a large dining/living room form the house interior. A big TV with satellite connection and Wi-Fi are installed. A beautiful fireplace gives you the option for cozy nights in.

The roofed terrace in front of the house is equipped with a big wooden table as well as a walled in BBQ.

Next to the main pool there is a smaller bathing area, ideal for relaxing or for toddlers.

The finca is close to Manacor, where you have several shopping options, classic Mallorquin bars and a weekly market. The east coast’s beautiful beaches and bays are all reached in more or less 20 minutes.
