Holiday Home with pool in Cala Ratjada – 120 meters to the beach

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open concept for the living and dining areas that have been equipped with a dining table and a corner sofa. The beautiful kitchen has direct access to the dining area. Sandstone protects the arch that separates the reception area from the living space and the fireplace has also been covered with this local stone. Outside we find the swimming pool, a few steps below the house level. It has built in stairs for an easy access into the water as well as a bench inside. We also find a dining table with a parasol, two sun loungers and a mobile grill, a must have in a holiday home.

The side street in front of the entrance leads straight to the sea.

The beach is located only 120 meters from the house. Also at the end of the street we find two restaurants by the beach. A quiet bar is located on the opposite side of the street. About two kilometers from this very practical holiday home we find the old fisherman’s place, pretty much the heart of Cala Ratjada during summer: many restaurants, bars and discotheques are open here until late at the night.
