Finca Pau

Newly built finca with beautiful pool, a few kilometers from the sea.

Rest and relaxation in a very well-kept environment are guaranteed here. The Finca Pau was completed in April 2017. Everything here is new and high quality, from the automatic entrance gate, to the furniture, the garden and the pool. The pool is subdivided and has a walled relaxation area, ideal for relaxing and as a paddling pool for small children. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as lots of lawns.

The view from the terrace goes through almond and olive groves as well as fields towards the east coast.

The terrace in front of the house is laid out over the corner. A sofa corner and a large dining table stand parallel to the pool, around the corner stand a dining table and a standing table. The covered outdoor dining area with gas grill borders the terrace. Here you will surely enjoy the summer evening with good wine and long dinner under the sky.

All rooms are on the ground floor, SAT-TV and WLAN are installed. The large living room with sofa corner and dining table can be separated from the living room with a wide sliding door. The entire decor is upscale and very stylish. In the north-west oriented part of the finca are four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet and a very practical outdoor bathroom behind the outside kitchen.

In Porto Cristo with the city beach in front of the promenade you are from here in five minutes. Some good restaurants and bars are scattered around the yacht harbour. Also the many beaches of the east coast are close to this beautiful finca. The large sandy beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Romántica are a little south, Cala Millor and the Costa de los Pinos are north.
