Traditional finca with enclosed pool and air conditioning
Finca Elia is located a few kilometres south of Manacor, in a quiet area. This good value for money holiday home is very suitable for families with children, as the pool is child-proof, i.e. it is closed with a fence. There are sun loungers and an awning on the terrace in front of the pool.
The house has been recently renovated. From here, the finca offers a large living-dining room and kitchen area. In the centre of the room is the wooden dining table and chairs. There is plenty of space here, which gives a feeling of spaciousness. The walls are adorned with old farm implements which still bear witness to the original agricultural use of this property. To the right of the dining room is the open kitchen area, where you can see the old oak beams on the ceiling. To the left of the dining room is the cosy living room, painted in a cheerful yellow. A set of sofas in front of a fireplace and an LCD television invites you to spend a cosy evening. From the living area, you enter the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, furnished with a 1.60 m wide double bed. The other two bedrooms are located in a corridor leading off the dining area. The two bedrooms share a bathroom, both with modern showers. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, also 1.60 m wide, while the third bedroom is a classic children’s room with a double bunk bed, the lower double bed being 1.40 m wide.
A lovely area of wild olive trees next to and behind the house provides shade, the perfect place to read a book in peace and quiet.
