How do you book your finca with 7mallorca?

You can send us a specific booking request with your desired travel dates for the finca you have selected. General questions about the finca are also very welcome, you can send them to us via our Contact Form or our email welcome@7mallorca.com, we will answer you as soon as possible.
You will receive an offer or an answer to your questions within a very short time.
If you accept our offer, we will send you a contract by e-mail.

How does payment processing work?

After you have received our rental agreement, check the information and send the signed agreement back to us. For the final booking, a deposit is also due, this is done by credit card or bank transfer and is usually 20% of the total rental price.

As soon as we have received your deposit, your finca is finally booked – nothing stands in the way of your sunny holiday!

The remaining amount must be paid at least one week before arrival.
On behalf of the homeowner, we often ask for a deposit of €200, which is stated in the contract.

Arrival in Mallorca – we warmly welcome you

On your arrival day we meet at a meeting point and you follow us the last few kilometers to the holiday home. Together we will walk through your holiday home in peace and quiet. We will explain to you on site everything that is important for you and the owner. Of course, we are also happy to give you tips about the area, the nearest beaches, markets, restaurants, etc.

Departure on Mallorca – we are also here for you

We would also like to make the day of your departure as pleasant as possible for you. Normally the holiday homes are handed over to 7mallorca or the owner by around 10:00 a.m. and you will receive the deposit back.

However, if you are not flying until the afternoon, simply contact us and we will adapt to your flight times as far as possible. You, your family and friends are our top priority.
