This romantic holiday home with pool and central heating is located on a mountain slope at the end of a private road. From its location views are amazing and one sees the whole valley of Sant Llorenç and at the Horizon also the port village of Portocristo. The property also overlooks a large part of the northern East coast and part of the seaside too.

A large court with lawn connects the House with the pool area that also has an outdoor shower. The beautiful turquoise pool is seven meters long. A simple wooden bench stands between two olive trees on the forecourt, turned towards the sea. A step separates the terrace from the comfortable interiors of this amazing property. You will most probably spend most of the hot middays presumably in the big living room that has a dining table and two sofas in the living room corner.

The Kitchen has an open concept and connects with the living area. Two bedrooms and a bath with bathtub are located in the back side of the house. The terrace is on the front side of the house and also on its left side where it is covered and has a large wooden table and wooden benches, perfect for a lovely evening outside or for lunches on a sunny day, it is also an ideal place to read or play games with friends and family. Since the vacation house has a central heating, WLAN and SAT TV, you can enjoy of a relaxing holiday in Mallorca not only in summer time but also in Winter when the weather gets a bit colder and one can enjoy the log chimney in the living room.

From this cosy property one reaches the city of Artà within approximately ten minutes and some of the nearby beaches in approximately twenty minutes. JOAN is the ideal Holiday home for couples and young families for every season of the year.
