Quiet finca with pool just 2km from the sea

The house sits on a small hill, framed by mediterranean trees. The entrance pathway is full of almond and fig trees, as well as an abundance of wild olive trees behind the garden.

The fishing village of Porto Colom is five minutes away. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and most photographed places of Mallorca. The beaches of S’Arenal with its beach bar and its sunset, offers the possibility of an unbeatable romantic dinner in the area.

It includes an outside kitchen as well as several shaded areas where you can enjoy the pool and landscape of the east coast. The mountain monastery of Sant Salvador is the highest point on the horizon, and it’s always worth a visit.

The whole house is distributed over one ground floor. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living-dining room with patio doors and a kitchen-dining room are very close to each other, making everything much more comfortable.

The house has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms and dining rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Furthermore, two bicycles for adults and two for children are available in the house.

This idyllic property is located two minutes from the beach of Cala Domingos and Cala tropical,  two sandy beaches with sunbeds, sun umbrellas and a bar. Near the beach there are some restaurants and small shops.

A large number of holm oaks provide natural shade that you will appreciate, especially in the warmer months. Reading a book or sipping a glass of wine under these trees is one of the pleasures this finca has to offer.
