This big holiday home is located not far from the East coast and has views to the mountain of Sant Salvador in Felanitx where there is a monastery that can be visited.

Everything in this property is new and the house has been tastefully and comfortably furnished. The house decoration is simple yet elegant.

This holiday home has five bedrooms that are spread between the two levels of the property: upstairs there are three double bedrooms and the children bedroom with bunk beds, a single bed and a roll on bed. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The property has three large dining tables: one in the kitchen, one in the open concept living/dining room and a third one in the outdoors dining area that is also equipped with a barbeque. There are two sofas, a fireplace, a coffee table and Satellite TV in the living area.

The property has also been equipped with central heating and WIFI. The kitchen was build in a traditional Mallorcan style and has a set of doors that lead to the big dining and living areas outdoors. The terrace with the dining table has a roof and is next to a porch that has a grill and a basin. A short flight of stairs leads to the second terrace next to the swimming pool.

Sun beds have been lined up next to the 8 by 4 meters turquoise-colored swimming pool. A thick swimming pool border and the rough stone wall behind the sun beds create a very special atmosphere.

Manacor is the largest town in Mallorca and home to Rafa Nadal. It has a daily market, restaurants, ice-cream parlors and traditional bars. This beautiful town is located only some minutes away from the property with a car. From this property one can also reach many beaches on the north and east coast with a short drive: Porto Cristo, Cala Mandia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala Torta in Artà are some of the beaches located within 20 to 35 minutes.
