Cala Mandia is a pleasant touristic village during the summer months, because of the deep beach. International tourists and Mallorcans, who mostly live in Manacor during the year, enliven this part of the coast, with its three sandy beaches Cala Mandia, Cala Anguilla and Cala Romantica.

The detached apartment with pool and lawn, stand directly on the beach of Cala Mandia. Only the tenants of two houses, out of four, use the pool.
There is one air conditioner per floor, one in the living area upstairs and one downstairs to cool down the three bedrooms.

Through the main entrance on the upper floor you enter the tasteful living room, with dining group for 6 persons and sofa corner with satellite TV.
A large terrace with dining table is adjacent. From here you look out over the garden with lawn, the 8×4 metre pool, purple bougainvillea and the foothills of the nearby beach.
The practical kitchen and a bathroom are also upstairs.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with bath/shower. One bedroom is narrow, with the beds lined rather than next to each other. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the garden and pool respectively. Wireless internet access, i.e. WIFI and SAT-TV are installed.

Although the beach is so close, you will certainly spend a lot of time at the pool.

In this holiday home you are right in the middle of all you might need, small supermarkets, restaurants, two other beaches, which you can also reach on foot, are within walking distance. You don’t really need to rent a car, maybe only for day trips or to get to the airport, and there are several car rental agencies here for that.
From this holiday flat you are in the sea in two minutes.
