Village house with pool and beautiful views

Villafranca is the lovely small town in the centre of the island where we find this property. From the house one can walk into the center of the Village and to the church square. In the town there is a small supermarket and a few bars. Some restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Here you can immerse yourself in the daily life enjoying a cup of coffee while you watch the friendly villagers pass by. In Villafranca prevails the Mediterranean serenity. It is a charming little village with its narrow streets, the village square and the colorful shop stalls full of fruits and vegetables that characterize this typical Majorcan village.

The house is located near the center of the village in a quiet street. The building next door is not occupied. On the ground floor we find the main entrance, the living room, the Kitchen and the separated dining room. There is also a bedroom and doors that lead to the patio and the swimming pool. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms one of those with en suite bathroom. The rooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also an extra bathroom. The house is equipped with WI-FI and satellite TV.

At the back of the house there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue and in the patio we find the 8 × 4 meter pool.
