This beautiful country house from the 18^th century is set in a magnificent location, only a few kilometres from the sea

The surroundings of the 15.000 sqm estate are absolutely quiet – a guarantee for a relaxing holiday at Majorca’s lovely east coast. Recently the house was very tastefully refurbished and offers room for 5 people.

The living space of 200 sqm is distributed on two floors with spacious, individually decorated rooms. On the ground floor you find the entrance hall, a large living room, the kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms – one of them with a big glass door to the garden. On the first floor there is a home office, a bathroom and another large bedroom. Also there is a toddler bed and a cot in the house.

Fun, entertainment and relaxation – a large swimming pool (10m x 5m), a ping-pong table and an ample lawn area offer the perfect framework to practice sports or just spend the time. Of course there are enough sun beds and towels for all guests, and the long days at the pool, the dinners on one of the terraces and the warm nights underneath the starry sky on this old but very comfortable country house are simply wonderful.

The barbecue, the charming, family-friendly outdoor area, the views and the proximity to beautiful beaches will make your holiday unforgettable. In the surroundings of the property you also find wonderful hiking trails.
