The house Leila stands on a hill between the towns of Petra and Manacor.

The cozy terrace and the pool have views over the fertile valley of Llevant. The mountain chain of the east coast of Majorca lays ahead on the horizon. The property is very well maintained and beautifully planted with wild olives, oaks, palm trees, cypresses and rosemary… It is the perfect frame and setting for this authentic and renovated natural stone-built holiday home.

The child-friendly house has two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. It is an ideal property for a small family or for couples as well.

In one of the two bedrooms there is a gallery with a extra sleeping area. The large living room consists of an open plan kitchen and a living-dining room with two tables and four comfortable armchairs. The house is equipped with WLAN and SAT-TV. A large window with a nice view to the north and set of terrace doors bring the nature of Majorca direct into the living room. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker. In an utility room we find the washing machine and the dishwasher. In between the Kitchen and the terrace there is an extra cooking area with a grill barbeque and a paella pan.

The location of the holiday home is ideal to explore Mallorca by car. Being located in the center of the island means distances to one or other side of the island take approximately the same time. The many beaches of the north and east coasts as well as the capital Palma, Santanyi or Artá are not too far.
