Behind the electric gate you drive the last metres past a row of young olive trees to the holiday home. Next to the main entrance there is a pool with goldfish, papyrus and water lilies.

From a small hallway you enter the large living room with sofa, SAT-TV, fireplace, dining table and the open kitchen. Through the many windows and patio doors, the view falls on the beautiful outdoor area. Three bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, one a children’s room with bunk beds and another bathroom are located on the left side of the entrance. Patio doors lead to the outside from all bedrooms. Wooden floors, partly sanded walls, high-quality furniture and the clear architecture create a very stylish atmosphere.

A covered terrace with dining table faces south, another terrace, partly overgrown with vines, faces east. The pool is slightly deeper and can be overlooked from both terraces. The finca is child-friendly, due to a lawn and the fenced pool with wide, brick steps.

You can reach Sant Llorenc in three minutes by car. Artá, the medieval town in the north-east, is about 10 minutes away. The many beaches of the east and north coast are about 20 minutes driving distance.
But, you will see, the most beautiful holiday hours you will certainly spend here, directly at your finca.
