This natural stone finca stands in beautiful countryside, in the hinterland of the north coast, the “Bahia de Alcudia”. At the end of the long driveway your car will be parked, over a few steps you enter the open and bright living room at the north side of the house. The American kitchen, living and dining room as well as the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms are on ground level. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the third bathroom is located outside next to the pool, where you will also find a washing machine.

At both ends of the 8-metre pool there are shaded areas for sun loungers, a round table and a comfortable outdoor sofa. Another dining group is under the terrace roof, in front of the living area. WLAN and SAT-TV are installed.

Finca Beatriz is a family-friendly, pleasant and well-equipped holiday home.

The wide sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, with the popular Cafe el Sol, is less than 10 minutes away. You will certainly also drive to Colonia de Sant Pere to experience the sunset during dinner directly at the seaside. Manacor and Artá are also within easy reach of this beautiful holiday home.
