The very tastefully renovated country house is located in the hinterland of the east coast of Mallorca, between Sant Llorenc and Artá.
In absolute peace, situated on a mountain, the valley of Sant Llorenc spreads out in front of the finca to the east coast. 

A large, gravel-covered terrace connects the holiday home with the turquoise pool. The sun terraces here are covered with light-coloured tiles, a small coffee table with chairs and two sunbeds are around the pool.
Closer to the house there is a rustic seating area with a table made of boulders, right next to the brick barbecue.

The interior of the finca, which has just been completed (beginning of June 2013), consists of two floors.
All furniture was bought new in 2013, WIFI and SAT-TV are installed.
The total living space of 750 sqm of the Finca Aina consists of two building parts, each with kitchen and living room.
