Wonderful flat for two, balinese bed on the roof terrace and less than 500 metres away from the sea!
With sea view from the roof terrace, air conditioning, heating and one bedroom – for two alone.

In the small coastal village of Cala Morlanda, a quiet part of Porto Cristo, lies this holiday apartment, built in 2020. Mallorca with many hours of sunshine and the combination of air conditioning and heating make this flat attractive anytime of the year.

Through a separate entrance door you go up a steep staircase to the first floor. Here is the large living room, with open kitchen, living-dining room, small terrace with sea view, bathroom and the bedroom. The bed measures 150x200cm. The sofa in the living room is extendable, so it is a sofa bed, also 150x200cm and of course there is bed linen for it in the wardrobe. We are also happy to put up a baby cot.
In the flat there are two SAT-TVs and WIFI.

Another staircase up and you are above the roofs of Cala Morlanda.
Here you have a 360° view of an intact Mediterranean world of grown neighbourhood, mountainous hinterland and endless blue of sea and sky.
The roof terrace is equipped with a balinese bed, dining table, two sun loungers, gas barbecue and outdoor shower.

The apartment “Smile” is located between Cala Morlanda and S’Illot.

These are two parts of the village, each about 500 metres away. There are some shops, restaurants, bars, a large sandy beach with promenade and some small, partly rocky and intimate bays in the surrounding area. Cala Morlanda is particularly popular with divers and snorkellers. These two parts of Porto Cristo are mainly inhabited by Mallorcan families in summer, who live in Manacor the rest of the year. The flat can also be reached by public transport, so you don’t necessarily need a rental car.
