From here you will have a wide overlook of Mallorca, the valley of the “Levant” will lie at your feet. The horizon is formed by the mountains and hills of the east coast, with the striking monastery mountain of San Salvador near Porto Colom.

Finca Sa Roqueta has been offered as a holiday home since the end of March 2016. This family- and child-friendly holiday home offers plenty of space, distributed over two floors inside and also outside the terraces are arranged on two levels.

An artificial stream flows from the upper level to the lower level and ends in a small pond. There is a chicken coop where you can collect fresh eggs in the morning.

The practical outdoor kitchen with its large dining table and sofa group is the central point of the finca in summer. The large fridge, the gas grill and the ceramic hob make it a wonderful place to prepare and eat the day’s meals, right in front of the pool.

Very playful and beautiful is the individually designed pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi, in a grotto. It’s all reminiscent of a lake in a film, from the shallow edge the water level drops to a depth of 150 cm. The water from the outdoor shower at the back of the grotto comes out of the rock like a stream, and there is a Jacuzzi inside. Of course, just like in the movies, a crack in the rock wall gives a view from inside the grotto, through the rippling water you can see the pool and the house.

You can drive 20 to 30 minutes to the many beautiful beaches on the east and north coasts. Small, hidden bathing bays and wide sandy beaches can be discovered from here.

Manacor, the least touristic and second largest town in Mallorca, is four kilometres below the finca. In Manacor there is a daily fruit and vegetable market with local products, some very nice smaller shops, large supermarkets, nice restaurants, cafés and the very normal Spanish life. On Mondays there is a big weekly market in the centre.

You and your children for sure will have fun here, so have your camera ready.

The Finca Dalia is a small Mediterranean paradise.
On the 10,000 sqm plot there is a shady oak grove, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, rosemary, lots of grass and a few pigeons and chickens. In the morning you can pick up some eggs for your breakfast.

Everything has been lovingly maintained and continuously improved. So a shady daybed by the pool, the authentic outdoor shower behind a sandpit, a trampoline, a swing, table tennis and new furniture have been added over the years.

The brick terrace at the house has been enlarged recently. The beautiful terrace is equipped with a comfortable sofa group, dining table with 10 chairs, daybed, small table football, table tennis and potted plants. By the beautiful white curtains a shady spot is always guaranteed. From here you overlook the pool and large parts of the garden.
About the glazed patio doors you enter the cozy living room of the Finca. Two sleeping rooms are located on the ground floor, one of them with Air Condition. On the first floor are three bedrooms with A/C and the second bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are connected via an unfurnished roof terrace. SAT-TV and WIFI are installed. For the autumn and spring there is central heating and a fireplace at your disposal. The house can be rented with three, four or five bedrooms, the prices vary around 30€/night.

Here you and your family will be able to spend a very relaxed time which may even be too short.

Very quiet, spacious stone country house on a hillside. This well maintained Finca fits perfectly into the Mediterranean landscape of Majorca.

Surrounded by a green grove of wild olives, pine trees at the entrance and artfully trimmed, shady olive trees spread around the house and the many terraces.

The 14,000-square-metre plot is terraced three times – at the top level you will find the entrance to the living areas, in the middle there is a long lawn with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen and party room.

Below is the 11-metre-long pool, bordered with the typical marés stone of the country. A few steps down, under a canopy, are two wicker armchairs and a sofa, next to a restored table football game. Finca Nuria is located in the hinterland of the wild and romantic east coast of Mallorca. It takes about 15 minutes driving to one of the many beaches near Porto Cristo and Porto Colom.

Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, is only a few minutes away. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market with local product. Some nice restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the old town, spread around the church.

The large natural stone finca offers space for up to 10 people to spend the most beautiful weeks of the year together and is characterised above all by its high-quality furnishings.

Five bedrooms and three bathrooms are distributed over two floors.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. You enter the tastefully converted holiday home through a heavy, double-leaf wooden door. From the large entrance area with natural stone floor, solid wooden beams and stairs to the upper floor, the rooms are distributed.

Separated by a glass element, two steps down is the living room with leather sofa and passage to the terrace. Next to it is the large dining kitchen, also with access to the terrace.

From the cosy terrace you have a view of the slightly lower pool with sun terrace. To the right, a stone wall and old trees enclose the pool, to the left, the view goes to the surrounding hills.
