Directly adjoining the kitchen is an out-door dining room, which will certainly be a central place of your stay here. The large openings of the façade are bordered with the local mares stone and frame the surrounding landscape like pictures.

Next to the pool is another reed-covered terrace, with a sofa group. Two umbrellas and six sunbeds surround the infinity pool, which has a two-metre platform at the entrance, with only about 40cm of water.

It will not be easy to say goodbye and you will often think back to Finca Pep.

Beautiful apartment with three bedrooms, terraces, and a garden, including a private pool on the beach of Cala Mandia.
The holiday home has two floors and is the outermost of four identical apartment buildings. All four houses are self-sufficient, sharing only one street entrance, and there are no other shared areas with the residents of the other apartment buildings.
The pool was built in May 2024, measures 5.3 x 2.7 meters.

Through the main entrance on the upper floor, you enter the living room, with a dining area for 6 people and a sofa corner.
The practical kitchen, with its own breakfast terrace, the living area, and a bathroom are located on the upper floor.
Air conditioning provides cool air to the upper floor.

The spacious living and dining room leads to the main terrace, with a parasol, dining table, and a small sofa.

Downstairs are three bedrooms and another bathroom. The air conditioning on this floor is installed in the hallway to serve the three bedrooms. One bedroom is narrow, with the beds positioned one behind the other rather than next to the other.

Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the garden.

A lawn enclosed by bushes and a fence, the pool, two sun loungers and a parasol, and two armchairs make up the garden. From here, descend a few steps and you reach the deep sandy beach of Cala Mandia, or rather, the lovely children’s playground opposite the holiday apartment.

Cala Mandia is a pleasant tourist resort in the summer months, with small shops, beach bars, and restaurants. In this holiday home with a private pool, you’re right in the middle of it all.

This well equipped holiday home is located in a quiet and residential area, the property is surrounded with high hedges that provide with privacy. The swimming pool is 9.5 by 4.5 meters large and has a broad brick staircase to get in and out of it. This property can accommodate up to seven people that can spend a relaxing and an inexpensive beach holiday.

During winter time it is a perfect sport to escape from the busy cities and during summers this sleepy village turns into life and offers plenty of bars and things to do on the seaside. The beach of Sa Coma is popular within families with young children since it is a safe flat beach and there is plenty of space for the children to run and play.

Porto Cristo is another coastal town that can be reached within a few minute drive. The Marina, the town beach with the promenade, the weekly market and the caves “Coves del Drach” and “Coves dels Hams” are certainly places to visit.

The surroundings of the 15.000 sqm estate are absolutely quiet – a guarantee for a relaxing holiday at Majorca’s lovely east coast. Recently the house was very tastefully refurbished and offers room for 5 people.
