Some elements from the former farmhouse were kept and combined with the new ones. The house was built in one level and has a very well-equipped interior. The house has a reception area, two double bedrooms with en-suite, a cozy living and dining room and a modern open concept kitchen. The patio doors lead to the pool area outside, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a dining table, a bathroom, plenty of space for sunbathing and the infinity swimming pool and stunning views. Have a swim here and relax in this amazing place enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside known as El Pla de Mallorca.

The village of Petra is located a few kilometers away from the property. This is a very old charming villa with some restaurants, bakeries, shops and a beautiful village square with nice bars. The beautiful hermitage of Bonany is also nearby. Do not hesitate to visit it! And if you are wine lovers, near Petra you will find the well-known Miquel Oliver Winery. Manacor is the nearest large town with a daily fruit and vegetable market. Manacor can be reached in about 10 min by car. The city of Palma de Mallorca is located about 30 minutes drive away from the property. A visit to the old city center with the cathedral and “Es Borne” and the central shopping street is a must and always worth a visit!

The house, which was built in May 2017, offers peace and quiet, but is still very close to the action. The terrace and the pool are oriented towards the sun. Here you can enjoy the sun from May until the beginning of November.

The very spacious terrace is laid out across the corner and is equipped with a dining table, sofa corner and the gas barbecue.

The terrace leads into the living room, which is equipped with a small play corner for children, sofa and SAT-TV. A wide passageway leads to the kitchen, where there is a dining table and a practical storeroom with a washing machine. In the right half of the building of this ground-floor house are the two bedrooms, one of which has room for three people.

A few minutes away is the sandy beach of Sa Coma, which is particularly appreciated by families with small children.

Sa Coma is as popular with Mallorcans with a summer residence as it is with tourists from all over Europe.

Finca Tomeu is situated in an absolutely isolated location on a hill between Felanitx and Porto Colom. Access is via a good dirt road across the owners’ large estate.

The lovely little fishing village of Porto Colom is only a few minutes away. In the past, a large part of the wine produced in the Llevant valley was shipped from this natural harbour, until a phylloxera plague abruptly decimated the yield. Since then, the small harbour town fell into a slumber and slept through the emerging tourism, its charm has been largely preserved. Cala Sa Nau and the Vall D’Or Golf Club can also be reached quickly from this friendly and uncomplicated finca.

Two bathrooms, one of them en suite, the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living area form the other interior spaces. On the covered terrace there is a rustic wooden table with six chairs. The view from here goes over the pool and the surrounding fields to the hills of the east coast. Next to the terrace is a sturdy charcoal barbecue, and a hammock under young oaks invites you to take a siesta. Next to the house there is a playground for children with a table tennis table, swing, slide and trampoline.

This old farmhouse was fully refurbished a few years ago and turned into a comfortable and beautiful cottage. The property has several terraces, old trees, a romantic gazebo and a beautiful swimming pool with amazing views that overlook half of Majorca: the Tramuntana mountain range on the west and the wide valley of Llevant on the north. Isolated in this amazing property you will only hear the wind and the birds.
