From here you will have a wide overlook of Mallorca, the valley of the “Levant” will lie at your feet. The horizon is formed by the mountains and hills of the east coast, with the striking monastery mountain of San Salvador near Porto Colom.

Finca Sa Roqueta has been offered as a holiday home since the end of March 2016. This family- and child-friendly holiday home offers plenty of space, distributed over two floors inside and also outside the terraces are arranged on two levels.

An artificial stream flows from the upper level to the lower level and ends in a small pond. There is a chicken coop where you can collect fresh eggs in the morning.

The practical outdoor kitchen with its large dining table and sofa group is the central point of the finca in summer. The large fridge, the gas grill and the ceramic hob make it a wonderful place to prepare and eat the day’s meals, right in front of the pool.

Very playful and beautiful is the individually designed pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi, in a grotto. It’s all reminiscent of a lake in a film, from the shallow edge the water level drops to a depth of 150 cm. The water from the outdoor shower at the back of the grotto comes out of the rock like a stream, and there is a Jacuzzi inside. Of course, just like in the movies, a crack in the rock wall gives a view from inside the grotto, through the rippling water you can see the pool and the house.

You can drive 20 to 30 minutes to the many beautiful beaches on the east and north coasts. Small, hidden bathing bays and wide sandy beaches can be discovered from here.

Manacor, the least touristic and second largest town in Mallorca, is four kilometres below the finca. In Manacor there is a daily fruit and vegetable market with local products, some very nice smaller shops, large supermarkets, nice restaurants, cafés and the very normal Spanish life. On Mondays there is a big weekly market in the centre.

Beautiful country side house located only 5 minutes away from one of the most charming beaches in Mallorca: Cala Varques.

This holiday house, really close to one of the most charming beaches in Mallorca: Cala Varques, can accommodate up to six people. It has a swimming pool, a playground, a BBQ house and a large porch and a roof terrace from where you can see the sea.

From the parking lot and towards the house entrance you will walk past palm trees; the main door of the house leads you directly into the living room which is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace. The living area is connected with the dining area, which has a nice wooden table and six chairs. There is also a double room with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower on the lower ground floor. A little hallway leads into the spacious kitchen as well as to the stairs to the upper floor. On the top floor of the house we find two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The views from the windows of this property are wonderful, enjoy first thing every morning the beautiful countryside of Mallorca’s east coast. Once on the outside the house there is a large porch on two of the house sides, a nice swimming pool, a stone table and deck chairs for you to enjoy your time in the outdoors.

Spend some days relaxing at the property: enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, the pool and the shade of the porch while you read a book, play table games or have meals with friends and family; or spend your days at the beach doing nothing but relaxing and sunbathing and visiting the coastal towns during the evenings and at night.

In the surrounding of the property you will find paths and roads; some are paved, others not. Enjoy visiting the surrounding areas cycling or hiking and prepare yourself to see Olive and almond trees, flocks of sheep and old traditional farm houses under the beautiful mallorcan skies.

The traditional finca, in the inland area of Porto Cristo, was completely renovated until 2022 and transformed into a stylish holiday home with a lot of taste, personal commitment and some costs. The high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout are evident in many details. Air conditioning and heating, three spacious bathrooms and, among other things, the gas cooker with five hobs for ambitious hobby cooks.

Only five kilometres away to the sea, a newly built and high quality furnished holiday home with air conditioning in all bedrooms, SAT-TV and WIFI, beautiful terraces, a large pool and wonderful views – the “Finca Rafel”.

The living rooms and the four bedrooms, one with bathroom, as well as three further bathrooms are distributed over two floors.
Through the main entrance you enter the staircase, at ground level you enter the large living and dining room. Bright furniture, large patio doors and glazed bi-fold doors, create an open, friendly atmosphere.

From the large dining kitchen you can access the covered terrace, which faces east, here is a second dining table. Next to the kitchen is the converted garage with washing machine, a braising oven as well as two benches and a long table. Through a patio door you come to the outdoor kitchen with sink, two-burner cooker, brick grill and work surface. There is another table on the terrace.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered roof terrace. The view from here goes over the pool, over surrounding fields with almond and olive trees to the Tramuntana in the west of Mallorca. Another small terrace above the main entrance faces Can Picafort, i.e. the coast, which is only a few kilometres away.

The finca is quietly situated in the hinterland, about three kilometres as the crow flies from the sea. In a few minutes you are at one of the beaches near Can Picafort. Son Serra de Marina, the long sandy beach with the Café El Sol at the end, is popular with families, surfers and locals. You can be here in less than 10 minutes.
The towns of Artá and Pollença, which are well worth a visit, can be reached in about 15 minutes.

A visit to the old city center with the cathedral and “Es Borne” and the central shopping street is a must and always worth a visit!

The Holiday Home “Rafa” is located only 400 meters from Cala Mandia, a lovely beach with deep waters and lovely sand on Mallorca’s East coast.

Cala Mandia is a nice coastal holiday town where locals and tourists enjoy their holidays. Restaurants, bars, small shops and supermarkets are open until quite late. People spend most of the day on the beach or near a swimming pool and later in the evening you may enjoy a beer in a bar or a nice mean in one of the many restaurants in Cala Mandia. This is a beautiful finca in Son Macià, on the east coast of Majorca.

Countless flowers, a wine tree shading the terrace, pomegranate and plum trees, hibiscus and oleander are among the beautiful plants that be found in this wonderful country side house. For generations the finca has belonged to the same family. In 2012 they built the pool which they commissioned to the same architect who also renovated the interior. The result is a comfortable, stylish holiday home which fits perfectly into the traditional Mallorcan countryside and which also offers perfect comfort to its guests.

Right before the house entrance a wide rubble stone terrace offers beautiful views into the country side and hosts a dining table that sits in the shade of two old vines trees. From the terrace in front of the old farm house there is a set of stairs that lead to the nine meter long pool. Modern sun beds are on one side of the pool and on the other side there is a valley of almond and olive trees. The view of the hills of the east coast from here is amazing.
In the front side of the house there is the kitchen and the living room; behind a heavy wooden door opens to the two story house. The renovated rooms, with arches made with the local mares (sandstone) and the natural stone floor were tastefully made and result really pleasant and cool during the hot summer months.

Upstairs there is a terrace and also three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom.
WIFI and satellite TV are installed in the house.

Son Macià is an idyllic village that lies between the hills, about two miles away from this property. At the village square there are nice cafés, a bakery and a supermarket with fresh products. The beaches of the east coast are not far away!

This beautiful finca comes with its own pool, a pool-house with a BBQ, an extra bathroom next to the pool and table-tennis. The house is located on a little hill, surrounded by meadows and fields, olive, fig and almond trees.

The vastness of the landscape and the view of the surroundings as well as the closeness to the monastery of Sant Salvador are only two reasons to rent our this property!

Access to the finca is through a wooden gate; following a dusty road one gets to the house. The paved courtyard is ideal for breakfast, tricycle riding and Frisbee or ball games for example. A pine tree and a palm tree stand in the garden, they have been there for decades. The swimming pool is at the back of the house; walk alongside the house to get there or walk through the house and you will get to the rear garden with the sun terraces, the pergola with a dining table underneath and the barbecue. We are sure you will spend most of the time on this side of the property playing games, reading, eating, staying in the pool or relaxing.
Behind the pool there is a practical bathroom with a tiled shower, perfect to have a shower after swimming.
In the house, there are two large main rooms, separated one from another by a wide arch. The reception room is separated from the living-dining room. If you keep doors and windows open you will let the fresh breeze invade the ground floor. On the ground floor we also find the kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and of course, the stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor we find a further double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with satellite TV. There is also a Cot and a high chair for infants to sit at the table. There is WI-FI connection throughout the house and in some parts of the garden.

Some of the most beautiful beaches of Majorca are very close to this two-storey villa. Cala Sa Nau, Porto Colom and Cala Varques (a beautiful and still wild beach) are only a few minutes away by car. If you want to walk, the nearest beach is only about 15 minutes away. Nearby we find the restaurant called Can Gusti, a quiet country inn with lunch and dinner menus; easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.

The holiday home has two floors and is the outermost of four identical apartment buildings. All four houses are self-sufficient, sharing only one street entrance, and there are no other shared areas with the residents of the other apartment buildings.
The pool was built in May 2024, measures 5.3 x 2.7 meters.

Through the main entrance on the upper floor, you enter the living room, with a dining area for 6 people and a sofa corner.
The practical kitchen, with its own breakfast terrace, the living area, and a bathroom are located on the upper floor.
Air conditioning provides cool air to the upper floor.

The spacious living and dining room leads to the main terrace, with a parasol, dining table, and a small sofa.

Downstairs are three bedrooms and another bathroom. The air conditioning on this floor is installed in the hallway to serve the three bedrooms. One bedroom is narrow, with the beds positioned one behind the other rather than next to the other.

Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the garden.

A lawn enclosed by bushes and a fence, the pool, two sun loungers and a parasol, and two armchairs make up the garden. From here, descend a few steps and you reach the deep sandy beach of Cala Mandia, or rather, the lovely children’s playground opposite the holiday apartment.
