The traditional finca, in the inland area of Porto Cristo, was completely renovated until 2022 and transformed into a stylish holiday home with a lot of taste, personal commitment and some costs. The high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout are evident in many details. Air conditioning and heating, three spacious bathrooms and, among other things, the gas cooker with five hobs for ambitious hobby cooks.

The bright and spacious ambience, the wide glass door to the pool as well as the traditional concrete floor “Trispol” create an absolute feel-good ambience, a modern Mediterranean style.

The good style continues in the outdoor area.

Directly adjoining the kitchen is an out-door dining room, which will certainly be a central place of your stay here. The large openings of the façade are bordered with the local mares stone and frame the surrounding landscape like pictures.

Next to the pool is another reed-covered terrace, with a sofa group. Two umbrellas and six sunbeds surround the infinity pool, which has a two-metre platform at the entrance, with only about 40cm of water.

It will not be easy to say goodbye and you will often think back to Finca Pep.

Only five kilometres away to the sea, a newly built and high quality furnished holiday home with air conditioning in all bedrooms, SAT-TV and WIFI, beautiful terraces, a large pool and wonderful views – the “Finca Rafel”.

The living rooms and the four bedrooms, one with bathroom, as well as three further bathrooms are distributed over two floors.
Through the main entrance you enter the staircase, at ground level you enter the large living and dining room. Bright furniture, large patio doors and glazed bi-fold doors, create an open, friendly atmosphere.

From the large dining kitchen you can access the covered terrace, which faces east, here is a second dining table. Next to the kitchen is the converted garage with washing machine, a braising oven as well as two benches and a long table. Through a patio door you come to the outdoor kitchen with sink, two-burner cooker, brick grill and work surface. There is another table on the terrace.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered roof terrace. The view from here goes over the pool, over surrounding fields with almond and olive trees to the Tramuntana in the west of Mallorca. Another small terrace above the main entrance faces Can Picafort, i.e. the coast, which is only a few kilometres away.

The finca is quietly situated in the hinterland, about three kilometres as the crow flies from the sea. In a few minutes you are at one of the beaches near Can Picafort. Son Serra de Marina, the long sandy beach with the Café El Sol at the end, is popular with families, surfers and locals. You can be here in less than 10 minutes.
The towns of Artá and Pollença, which are well worth a visit, can be reached in about 15 minutes.

From here you will have a wide overlook of Mallorca, the valley of the “Levant” will lie at your feet. The horizon is formed by the mountains and hills of the east coast, with the striking monastery mountain of San Salvador near Porto Colom.

Finca Sa Roqueta has been offered as a holiday home since the end of March 2016. This family- and child-friendly holiday home offers plenty of space, distributed over two floors inside and also outside the terraces are arranged on two levels.

An artificial stream flows from the upper level to the lower level and ends in a small pond. There is a chicken coop where you can collect fresh eggs in the morning.

The practical outdoor kitchen with its large dining table and sofa group is the central point of the finca in summer. The large fridge, the gas grill and the ceramic hob make it a wonderful place to prepare and eat the day’s meals, right in front of the pool.

Very playful and beautiful is the individually designed pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi, in a grotto. It’s all reminiscent of a lake in a film, from the shallow edge the water level drops to a depth of 150 cm. The water from the outdoor shower at the back of the grotto comes out of the rock like a stream, and there is a Jacuzzi inside. Of course, just like in the movies, a crack in the rock wall gives a view from inside the grotto, through the rippling water you can see the pool and the house.

You can drive 20 to 30 minutes to the many beautiful beaches on the east and north coasts. Small, hidden bathing bays and wide sandy beaches can be discovered from here.

Manacor, the least touristic and second largest town in Mallorca, is four kilometres below the finca. In Manacor there is a daily fruit and vegetable market with local products, some very nice smaller shops, large supermarkets, nice restaurants, cafés and the very normal Spanish life. On Mondays there is a big weekly market in the centre.

You and your children for sure will have fun here, so have your camera ready.

If you want to enjoy the sea view from the sunny balcony in the morning, then you are in the right place.

From this beautiful flat you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. In the evening, the moonlight reflecting on the sea adds to the romantic atmosphere. The sofa in the cosy corner in front of the LCD TV with German channels invites you to a cosy TV evening on cooler days. The kitchen with sea view leads directly to the balcony, where at least four people can share a table. The bedrooms are at the end of the corridor and allow you to sleep with the window open to the sound of the sea. The style of the flat is pleasant and bright throughout. In many details you can even feel the love with which it has been prepared for the guest, so that he/she feels completely comfortable and at home.

The flat “Mar” is located between Cala Morlanda and S’Illot. These are two districts, each about 500 metres apart. There are some shops, restaurants, bars, a large sandy beach with a promenade and some small, sometimes rocky and intimate bays in the area. Cala Morlanda is particularly popular with divers and snorkellers. These two districts of Porto Cristo are mainly inhabited by Mallorcan families who live in Manacor the other part of the year. The flat can also be reached by public transport, s.d. You don’t necessarily need a rental car here.

Beautiful apartment with three bedrooms, terraces, and a garden, including a private pool on the beach of Cala Mandia.
The holiday home has two floors and is the outermost of four identical apartment buildings. All four houses are self-sufficient, sharing only one street entrance, and there are no other shared areas with the residents of the other apartment buildings.
The pool was built in May 2024, measures 5.3 x 2.7 meters.

Through the main entrance on the upper floor, you enter the living room, with a dining area for 6 people and a sofa corner.
The practical kitchen, with its own breakfast terrace, the living area, and a bathroom are located on the upper floor.
Air conditioning provides cool air to the upper floor.

The spacious living and dining room leads to the main terrace, with a parasol, dining table, and a small sofa.

Downstairs are three bedrooms and another bathroom. The air conditioning on this floor is installed in the hallway to serve the three bedrooms. One bedroom is narrow, with the beds positioned one behind the other rather than next to the other.

Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the garden.

A lawn enclosed by bushes and a fence, the pool, two sun loungers and a parasol, and two armchairs make up the garden. From here, descend a few steps and you reach the deep sandy beach of Cala Mandia, or rather, the lovely children’s playground opposite the holiday apartment.

Cala Mandia is a pleasant tourist resort in the summer months, with small shops, beach bars, and restaurants. In this holiday home with a private pool, you’re right in the middle of it all.

From this holiday apartment, you can reach the sea in two minutes. And from the sea, you can reach your home in two minutes.
