Sofia is a tasteful holiday home with fenced pool in the coastal village of Sa Coma, near Porto Cristo.

The beach as well as a supermarket, restaurants and an ice cream parlour can be reached within a few minutes’ walk.

The holiday home has two floors and is very well equipped. There is an air-conditioning unit in each bedroom and one in the kitchen. From the entrance you reach via the hallway the living room, the kitchen with dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. A third bathroom is located next to the terrace. Satellite TV and WIFI are installed.

Behind the interior, through the patio doors of the kitchen or the living room, is the very large veranda, the garden and the fenced pool. A sofa, armchairs and a dining set for 8 persons are located on the veranda, which is built on the corner and therefore always in the shade.
The garden is enclosed by high hedges and thus offers a lot of privacy.

You are sure to spend many happy hours here with your children, in the garden and by the pool.

The daily visit to the ice-cream parlour, the bakery or just a quick dip in the nearby sea can be pleasantly integrated into the daily routine from here.

The shallow sandy beach near Sa Coma and Cala Millor is especially popular with families with small children. Tourists liven up this colourful stretch of coastline, but it also has quiet stretches and a nice walk to the Castell de sa Punta de n’Amer.
The nearest major town is Porto Cristo, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The marina, the town beach with promenade and weekly market as well as the stalactite cave “Coves del Drach” will certainly take you here.

This is a newly built property and a newly furnished holiday home with a pool and wi-fi connection among other commodities.

The finca is sublime. It stands alone on a mountain right above the little village of Son Macià and it is only 15 km far away from the sea. The finca is part of a nature reserve with the historic ruins of a chapel, tall pine trees and wild olives trees and six donkeys that can be found eating in the property.
The views of the valleys and the mountain where the monastery of Sant Salvador is and that one gets from the property is something that will remain unforgettable.
The eight per four meters pool and the sun terrace with a shower and six new sun-beds is located next to the house. A beautiful pergola covers a large part of the terrace; this is the perfect spot to have breakfast, brunch, lunch and cozy evenings.

Access to the house from the covered terrace is through a wide patio door. In the living room there is corner sofa, satellite TV, a dining table with six chairs; all furniture is was bought mid-April 2013. The central living and dining room have an open fireplace. From the living area one has access to the other rooms: the bedrooms (with new beds and mattresses), bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub) and the simply beautiful and well equipped kitchen.

From here one can easily reach many of the beautiful beaches of the east coast, as well as the northern beaches of Artà. Several Villages like Son Macià or Porto Colom (with its beautiful harbor) are nearby and waiting for you to discover them. Manacor, the second biggest city of Mallorca is also a short drive away.
