Holiday villa with big pool, garden and barbecue area in Porto Colom

Ask any Mallorcan native and they’ll tell you how exceptionally beautiful the fishing village Porto Colom is!

Well, this beautiful house is in a quiet location right above that village. From the paved forecourt, the pool is on the left hand side, the stone country house is straight ahead and on the right side there is a cistern buit above ground level. In this property we find pine trees, palm trees and also young olive trees. This small property is a charming sample of Mallorca’s traditional construction.

Throughout the property we find stone tables and benches, a shaded terrace with a dining table, sun beds and lawns. All rooms are on the ground floor. Through a glass door we come in a large dining room with a small sofa. Through an archway we get to the living room, the kitchen and to the four double bedrooms. In the house there are two bathrooms, one equipped with a bath, and there is also a third bathroom which has access from the outside.

From this beautiful property you are only within a few minutes from several beaches and villages such as Cala Nau and Porto Colom, whose fishing houses by the sea create an unforgettable scenery.

You will also be near villages full of restaurants, beach bars and shops. The Village of Porto Colom is very picturesque and time here seems to have stopped: fishing nets are on the promenade waiting for the sun to dry them out, children sit in the small boats at the sailing school and sail through the harbour. Traditional boats called “llaüts” are still being built in the traditional way.
