The nearest town is Porto Cristo, just a few minutes ride away by car or bus.

The house’s façade is covered with stone to emulate the traditional building style of the countryside houses in Mallorca. This is a single family detached home. Finca Basti is idyllically situated on a small mountain above Son Macia. From here you have a view of valleys and hills with almond and olive groves, isolated country houses and the mountain range of the south-east coast with the striking monastery mountain Sant Salvador in the centre.

The finca is built at ground level and has three bedrooms. WIFI and SAT-TV are installed. In the front part of the house are the kitchen and the living room with direct access to the large terrace. At the back are the bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a bathroom en suite, as well as a room with the washing machine and plenty of storage space. Finca Basti is uncomplicated, practical and very welcoming.

Finca Tomeu is situated in an absolutely isolated location on a hill between Felanitx and Porto Colom. Access is via a good dirt road across the owners’ large estate.

The lovely little fishing village of Porto Colom is only a few minutes away. In the past, a large part of the wine produced in the Llevant valley was shipped from this natural harbour, until a phylloxera plague abruptly decimated the yield. Since then, the small harbour town fell into a slumber and slept through the emerging tourism, its charm has been largely preserved. Cala Sa Nau and the Vall D’Or Golf Club can also be reached quickly from this friendly and uncomplicated finca.

Two bathrooms, one of them en suite, the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living area form the other interior spaces. On the covered terrace there is a rustic wooden table with six chairs. The view from here goes over the pool and the surrounding fields to the hills of the east coast. Next to the terrace is a sturdy charcoal barbecue, and a hammock under young oaks invites you to take a siesta. Next to the house there is a playground for children with a table tennis table, swing, slide and trampoline.

Villa completed in 2015, very tastefully done and at the edge of a forest of oaks.

This house is superbly located in the back bordered with a forest of oaks, next to the house there is a small plot with barbecue and from the front you have a magnificent view.
The house and the road are surrounded by stone walls.

It is built on the ground floor and has 250 sqm of usable area. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The furniture and decor are new, 2016. Two of the three rooms have a door to the outside. The two bathrooms are situated between these bedrooms. A third bedroom, which has a glass wall, is located near the main entrance.

From the kitchen you have access to a covered terrace with dining table.

The house is located 3 minutes drive from Arta, where there are many nice restaurants and shops.

Finca Nuria is located in the hinterland of the wild and romantic east coast of Mallorca. It takes about 15 minutes driving to one of the many beaches near Porto Cristo and Porto Colom.

Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, is only a few minutes away. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market with local product. Some nice restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the old town, spread around the church.

The large natural stone finca offers space for up to 10 people to spend the most beautiful weeks of the year together and is characterised above all by its high-quality furnishings.

Five bedrooms and three bathrooms are distributed over two floors.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. You enter the tastefully converted holiday home through a heavy, double-leaf wooden door. From the large entrance area with natural stone floor, solid wooden beams and stairs to the upper floor, the rooms are distributed.

Separated by a glass element, two steps down is the living room with leather sofa and passage to the terrace. Next to it is the large dining kitchen, also with access to the terrace.

From the cosy terrace you have a view of the slightly lower pool with sun terrace. To the right, a stone wall and old trees enclose the pool, to the left, the view goes to the surrounding hills.

This charming property has benefitted a lot from the refurbishment: all furniture is new and there’s air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and heating.

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open concept for the living and dining areas that have been equipped with a dining table and a corner sofa. The beautiful kitchen has direct access to the dining area. Sandstone protects the arch that separates the reception area from the living space and the fireplace has also been covered with this local stone. Outside we find the swimming pool, a few steps below the house level. It has built in stairs for an easy access into the water as well as a bench inside. The side street in front of the entrance leads straight to the sea.

The beach is located only 120 meters from the house. Also at the end of the street we find two restaurants by the beach. A quiet bar is located on the opposite side of the street. About two kilometers from this very practical holiday home we find the old fisherman’s place, pretty much the heart of Cala Ratjada during summer: many restaurants, bars and discotheques are open here until late at the night.

This is the perfect holiday home for a family, friends or a couple. You will be very near the sea but also from the night life and the restaurants and yet you will have a swimming pool! This is a beautiful and affordable property waiting for you.
